                                                                              新菜单基于阿丽雅二十年来所秉承欧式西餐料理,共升级 31 道新品,并包括由主
                                                                              厨 Maiker Valdivia 及其团队精心创作的全新分享拼盘以及多款地中海风情菜式和
                                                                              经典特色单品。
                                                                              多彩的菜式犹如探戈的热情,混合浓郁的橄榄油和喷香的蒜蓉,些许粗犷,几丝
                                                                              细致,这便是浓浓的地中海风情带给我们的韵味。通过此次推出的新菜式,屡获
                                                                              殊荣的阿丽雅餐厅将为饕客们重新诠释给风味浓郁、质地饱满的地中海风情美食。
                                                                              阿丽雅主厨 Maiker Valdivia 来自于美丽的欧洲度假胜地,西班牙北部滨海小城圣
                                                                              塞瓦斯蒂安,一个因巴斯克美食闻名,并成为全球米其林星级餐厅数量排名第二
                                                                              的城市。“丰富而富有层次的果蔬,新鲜而优质的海鲜,搭配地中海沿岸的传统
                                                                              烧烤技法,将会是阿丽雅呈现给我们客人的新惊喜。”主厨 Maiker 说道。
                                                                              频获嘉奖的阿丽雅餐厅至今已营业 20 余年,致力为宾客提供当代西式时尚美食,
                                                                              阿丽雅餐厅位于饭店三层。午餐营业时间为中午 11:30 至下午 2:30。晚餐营业时
                                                                              间为下午 5:30 至晚上 10 点。
                                                                              FRESH MENU, FRESH SENTIMENT!


                                                                              Aria restaurant, China World Hotel, Beijing’s award-winning and inspiring restaurant which
                                                                              has consistently devoted itself to surprising diners, has launched a new à la carte menu.
                                                                              The new menu is based on the European cuisine which has been served at Aria for 20
                                                                              years and encompasses 31 new dishes and a new “To Share” platter, as well as a variety of
                                                                              Mediterranean dishes and classic features created by Chef Maiker Valdivia and his talented
                                                                              culinary team.
                                                                              As Tango’s passion, blended with the fragrance of olive oil and fried garlic, Mediterranean
                                                                              cuisines present the style of the combination of roughness and refinement. This time, Aria
                                                                              restaurant will reinterpret the flavourful Mediterranean cuisine for discerning diners.
                                                                              Chef Maiker Valdivia comes from a beautiful European resort called San Sebastian, a small
                                                                              Spanish town alongside the northern coast known for its Basque cuisine and the city with
                                                                              the second-highest number of Michelin stars per capita in the world.
                                                                              “Aria will bring to our guests abundant and seasoned fruits and vegetables, fresh and
                                                                              high-quality seafood, with traditional barbecue techniques alongside the Mediterranean
                                                                              coast,” said Chef Maiker.
                                                                              The award-winning Aria established its impeccable reputation over 20 years and continues
                                                                              to distinguish itself as purveyors of contemporary Western cuisine with set lunch and a
                                                                              la carte dinner menus. The restaurant is located on Level 3. Lunch is served daily from
                                                                              11:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.  Dinner is served daily from 5:30p.m. to 10:00p.m.
